How To Choose Adhesive Correctly In Metal Hose Fitting

The adhesive has special functions and is widely used in metal hose fittings. There are over 10,000 kinds of adhesives suitable for different USES in the world. The following four factors need to be considered comprehensively for choosing appropriate adhesives in metal hose fittings.

1. Dielectric resistance

4. Curing time

Solid refers to the time required for the rubber layer to be completely solidified and achieve the highest viscosity and best dielectric resistance. The adhesive can be divided into two kinds: instant dry adhesive (or fast dry adhesive) and slow dry adhesive. The initial curing time of instant dry adhesive is only a few seconds or several seconds. If the magnetic pump needs to shorten the curing time of the slow-drying adhesive, it can be heated by means of thermal blowing and oven baking, but the heating temperature and time should be determined according to different types of adhesive. Choose instant or slow drying rubber, plug valve according to the different conditions and work requirements. In general, the adhesive strength and dielectric resistance of slow dry adhesive are superior to that of instant dry adhesive.
